This work explores concepts of identity through non-conventional self-portraiture.

These images focus on the vulnerability of 3 different personas as they check their appearance in the mirror. Two are identities I often get mistaken for and one is my desired identity from childhood. I chose to use surveillance-like video stills instead of traditional portraits in order to capture the “real” moments of looking in the mirror.
